Ingrid Brix Jensen obtained a cand. jur. degree from the University of Copenhagen in 1982 and was admitted to the bar and the Courts of Appeal in 1985 and the Supreme Court in 1991.

Ingrid Brix Jensen has many years of experience in property law in relation to purchase, sale and financing of real property, building law and regulation of properties pertaining to public law. Ingrid Brix Jensen also has a vast experience in insolvency law, including administration of bankruptcy estates, reconstruction, arrangements with creditors etc.
Ingrid Brix Jensen has a detailed knowledge of both EU and national legal regulation of the agriculture and practices in the field of i.a. acquirement law, planning and nature protection law in relation to buildings and administration as well as rules of land transfer and amalgamation of farms; she has many years’ experience with cases within these fields and with reviews treated by the Tribunal of Environment and Nature Protection and the courts. Ingrid Brix Jensen furthermore has a vast experience in compulsory acquisition, prescriptive right, restrictive covenant, lease agreements and other issues related to legislation on right of use. Ingrid Brix Jensen is also specialized in the special conditions of financing and mortgaging of the agriculture and in depressed agriculture, including reconstruction, composition/moratorium, compulsory sale, possession of mortgaged property etc.
Ingrid Brix Jensen gives legal advice in the field of family law in connection with separation, divorce, custody as well as heritage, will, marriage contracts etc. and is authorised trustee of divisions of matrimonial property at the Probate Court of Copenhagen.
